Ballymacnab 3-10 Sarsfields 1-18
Sarsfields booked their place in the Senior League Final coming back from seven points down at Ballymacnab. To be fair expectations weren't high before the match as the Sarsfields squad was severely depleted through injury. However the players coming in stepped it up and captain Kieran McAlinden led by example collecting breaking ball around the middle. Despite conceding three first half goals playing against the breeze in the first half Sarsfields fought back and were only four behind at half time. The introduction of Paul Magee helped Highmoss win primary possession and superb free taking from Michael Stevenson saw Sarsfields pull level midway through the second half. By the time Ballymacnab had registered their first score after the break Highmoss led by three points. Great score taking held the home side at bay to seal the win.
